The display also shows your trip and other aspects of your ride.\n\n\u003ch3\u003eHow does SpeedBox 3.0 B.Tuning work?\u003c\/h3\u003e\nThe tuning kit manipulates the speed signal without altering the motor's power relative to pedaling speed. This guarantees a smooth motor control without speed limit interruptions. Depending on a tuning kit, some determine when assistance stops, while others remove the restriction entirely for continuous support. However, the achievable speed mostly depends on the eBike model. Achievable speed can be calculated using a simple formula: \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\nSpeed = Cadence [rpm] * Wheel circumference [mm] * Front Chainring Teeth \/ Rear Chainring Teeth * 60 [min\/h] \/ 1.000.000 [mm\/km]\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\nSpeedBox 3.0 tuning kit can be activated on the e-bike’s control unit. After pressing the LIGHT button , the active lights icon will be displayed shortly after which you will be able to ride at a speed of 31mph (50 km\/h).  The chip is deactivated by pressing the LIGHT button again.\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nBy attaching the Light cable for Bafang, you can use the SpeedBox and your lights at the same time.\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhich Speedbox Tuning Kit do I need?\u003c\/h3\u003e\nThis tuning kit is compatible with motors:\u003cbr\u003e\n- Bafang Max Drive M300 \u003cbr\u003e\n- Bafang Max Drive M400 \n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\nCompatible with motors with CAN protocol and not compatible with motors with UART protocol.
