Stark Varg Charger mounting studs

These threaded studs form the fixed anchor points for the Stark Varg's charger, which seats over them and is held down by its nuts. That mounting matters more than on a plain power supply, because Stark's original charger is also built as a stand for the bike during charging and maintenance.
