Stark Varg Swingarm seal

The swingarm seal closes off the swingarm pivot, keeping dirt and water out of the pivot bore. The pivot is picked up by the left-hand forged side plate, which locates on the swingarm axle and is clamped by a pinch bolt, so the seal comes out only once that bolt and the axle are released.
