SpeedBox 3.0 B. for Yamaha is a revolutionary tuning kit which suppresses the speed limiter of your electric bike. Enjoy your unlimited ride and all the great functions that SpeedBox App has to offer.

After the Tuning kit is installed, your e-bike will be derestricted and you will reach speeds up to speeds up to 31 mph (50km/h) or over, depending your pedaling speed and frequency. Your e-bike’s display will show real data, such as maximum and average speeds, daily mileage and cruising range.

SpeedBox 3.0 B. Tuning chip is activated on your e-bike’s display by pressing the one of the sequence LIGHT button or ↑↓↑↓ or + - + - , a value of 62 mph (99 km/h) is displayed and from now on you will be able to ride at an unlimited speed. It can be activated directly on SpeedBox App too.

To deactivate the tuning kit, press the same sequence as you did for the activation. The value of 16 mph (25 km/h) will appear on your display and the speed limit will reset to 16mph (25 km/h). Your e-bike will then work the same as before installation of the chip.

You can set the maximum speed of an electric assistance by changing modes by switching modes three levels down and then three levels up. An actual speed limit will be displayed after that. The maximum speed of an electric assistance can be switched by pressing LIGHT button shortly or by turning the rear wheel 360°. The last displayed limit will be saved after 5 seconds of inactivity.

This tuning kit is compatible with all Yamaha E-Bikes; E-MTB; E-Mountain Bikes 2017-2022 that have YAMAHA PW-SE / PW-X / PW-TE / PW-CE / PW-X2 motors

Not compatible with: Yamaha UrbanRush / Yamaha PW-X3 / CrossCore / CrossConnect / YDX-Torc / YDX-Moro / YDX-Moro Pro / Wabash

In case of updating the software of your e-bike, uninstall SpeedBox from the e-bike first, update the software and reinstall SpeedBox.

When connecting Tuning Kit to an e-bike you will find connectors colored to make installation very simple. We have prepared detailed instructions and videos to make installation easy for you. Disassembly of our tuning kit is just as easy. If you have any troubles with installation or disassembly, do not hesitate to contact us. If you are planning to install SpeedBox on a brand-new bike, make sure you ride it for at least 0.6 miles (1 km) before the tuning kit is activated.
