We offer FREE tracked delivery on EMTB Tuning Kits over 99£! Otherwise we have a flat rate charge. We make every effort to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, in most cases, orders are shipped out on the next working day.

Payment Methods
In our online store, customers may pay for goods or services using the Shopify Payments and MakeCommerce.lt payment platforms. Payments may be made using the payment methods enabled in the store at the time of purchase, including online banking services, payment cards, and other available payment options. All payments are processed in euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), American Dollars (USD). Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and/or the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
By selecting one of these payment methods, the customer may be redirected to the relevant payment service provider’s environment, where the payment is processed securely in accordance with that provider’s applicable terms, technical requirements, and privacy rules.
A payment is considered completed only after successful payment confirmation has been received. The seller is not responsible for temporary disruptions, technical failures, or the actions of third parties, including banks and other financial intermediaries, which may cause delays, rejection, or failure of the payment.
Warranty Policy
To make a warranty claim, the end user must contact us at Hi@Twowheelsempire.com with installation pictures, a clear explanation of why the item is claimed to be faulty, and the original sales receipt. To proceed with the return of an approved faulty item, please follow the steps outlined here.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for faulty items resulting from improper installation, particularly when installed by a third party without any supporting evidence or proof of installation. Claims of a faulty item without the required documentation and explanation may not be honored.

Warranty Coverage
Two Wheels Empire is committed to the quality and integrity of the products we offer. We stand behind our products and ensure that any warranty claims are handled in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
The manufacturer’s warranty typically covers defects in materials, workmanship, or system performance, depending on the specific product. If a product fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, Two Wheels Empire will work with the manufacturer to ensure that the issue is resolved through repair or replacement, as per the terms of the warranty.
Please note that the coverage and duration of the warranty may vary by product, with some items, like Speedbox, offering a lifetime warranty. All products are covered by a Standard Warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
We stand by the quality of our products and are dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive the support they need in the event of a warranty claim.
Warranty Limitations-
Damages caused by accidents.

Normal wear and tear damages*.

Improper use and maintenance of the product.

Any form of alteration or modification of the product (unauthorized repairs).

Damages and incompatibility problems caused by eBike software updates.

Damages caused by the upgrading of eBike parts that result in the product ceasing to function.

Expandable materials (e.g., power elements and/or batteries), holders, and enclosures.

Issues arising from use not intended, or failure to follow all guidelines outlined in the manual and the operating conditions specified.

Disassembly of the product or exposure to mechanical impact, chemicals, high humidity, fluids, corrosive and hazardous environments, or force majeure factors.
*If the tuning kit worked errorlessly from the beginning but was damaged during the time of use, the product is not eligible for replacement. However, inspection and repair services are available.
Evaluation of Warranty Claims
We understand that tuning kits are complex electronic products that integrate with eBike systems, and we are committed to supporting our customers. However, due to the nature of these products, the following limitations apply to warranty evaluations:

Responsibility of Proper Use:
Once a tuning kit is installed and used, we have no means to assess how it was maintained, handled, or whether external factors contributed to the reported issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring the bike and the tuning kit are used in accordance with all provided instructions. If the tuning kit functioned correctly upon installation and initial use, this confirms the absence of any factory material faults in the product at the time of sale. -
No Verifiable Evidence of Product Fault:
For warranty claims to be processed, customers must provide clear evidence of a manufacturing defect, such as photos, videos, or documentation showing the issue. In the absence of verifiable evidence, we cannot confirm that the product failure is due to a manufacturing fault rather than external factors. -
Impact of External Modifications:
We cannot take responsibility for issues caused by modifications or updates made to the bike’s software or hardware after the tuning kit was installed. If the tuning kit initially worked without issue, this confirms that the product was free of factory defects. Claims related to subsequent incompatibility or malfunction due to external changes, such as motor replacements, battery or display upgrades, or software updates, are not covered under warranty. Additionally, failure to provide current software version details upon request may result in the denial of a warranty claim. Customers claiming no changes were made may still be subject to warranty limitations if the tuning kit's performance was influenced by external factors beyond our control. -
Fairness and Product Testing:
All returned products will be thoroughly tested. If the product is found to be free of manufacturing defects, the claim will be denied. To ensure fairness, customers may be required to cover the return shipping cost if no fault is found during testing. -
Good Faith Policy:
While we trust our customers, we must also adhere to clear and consistent guidelines to ensure fairness for all parties. Claims based solely on verbal assurances without evidence may not be accepted.
