Measurement Instructions
Height: Stand upright without shoes; measure from the floor to the top of your head.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits, keeping the tape measure parallel to the ground.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably snug.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
Arm length: Measure from the base of the neck, over the shoulder, and down to the wrist bone, keeping your elbow slightly bent.
Glove length: Measure from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger.
Head circumference (for helmets): Measure around the head, just above the eyebrows and ears, taking the largest measurement.
