We offer FREE tracked delivery on EMTB Tuning Kits over 99£! Otherwise we have a flat rate charge. We make every effort to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, in most cases, orders are shipped out on the next working day.

Warranty Procedures

To make the warranty claim, an end user must contact us at Hi@Twowheelsempire.com and we will provide the delivery address where to return a defective item with submitted original sales receipt.

 

Warranty

Two Wheels Empire guarantees its products. This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials, workmanship or system (depends on the product). If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, Two Wheels Empire repairs or replaces it with a product at its own discretion. All the products have Standard Warranty except it is given different states by manufacture (Like Speedbox has a lifetime warranty). 

This warranty does not cover:

- Damages caused by accidents.

- Normal wear and tear damages*.

- Improper use and maintenance of the product.

- Any form of alteration and modification of the product (unauthorised repairs, damages caused by eBike software updates etc.).

- Damages caused by the upgrading of e-bike parts that results in the product ceasing to function.

- Warranty obligations do not cover expandable materials (power elements and/or batteries), holders and enclosures.

- If the product is used not as intended, not following all guidelines outlined in the manual received with a product and in accordance with the operating conditions specified.

- Product's warranty does not cover damages caused by eBike software updates. 

- If the product is disassembled or exposed to mechanical impact, chemicals, high humidity, fluids, corrosive and hazardous environments or force majeure factors.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Two Wheels Empire. Two Wheels Empire offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
