We offer FREE tracked delivery on EMTB Tuning Kits over 99£! Otherwise we have a flat rate charge. We make every effort to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, in most cases, orders are shipped out on the next working day.

Warranty Procedures

To make a warranty claim, the end user must contact us at Hi@Twowheelsempire.com with installation pictures, a clear explanation of why the item is claimed to be faulty, and the original sales receipt. To proceed with the return of an approved faulty item, please follow the steps outlined here.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for faulty items resulting from improper installation, particularly when installed by a third party without any supporting evidence or proof of installation. Claims of a faulty item without the required documentation and explanation may not be honored.

Warranty

Two Wheels Empire is committed to the quality and integrity of the products we offer. We stand behind our products and ensure that any warranty claims are handled in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.

The manufacturer’s warranty typically covers defects in materials, workmanship, or system performance, depending on the specific product. If a product fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, Two Wheels Empire will work with the manufacturer to ensure that the issue is resolved through repair or replacement, as per the terms of the warranty.

Please note that the coverage and duration of the warranty may vary by product, with some items, like Speedbox, offering a lifetime warranty. All products are covered by a Standard Warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

We stand by the quality of our products and are dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive the support they need in the event of a warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover:

- Damages caused by accidents.

- Normal wear and tear damages*.

- Improper use and maintenance of the product.

- Any form of alteration and modification of the product (unauthorised repairs, damages caused by eBike software updates etc.).

- Damages caused by the upgrading of e-bike parts that results in the product ceasing to function.

- Warranty obligations do not cover expandable materials (power elements and/or batteries), holders and enclosures.

- If the product is used not as intended, not following all guidelines outlined in the manual received with a product and in accordance with the operating conditions specified.

- Product's warranty does not cover damages caused by eBike software updates. 

- If the product is disassembled or exposed to mechanical impact, chemicals, high humidity, fluids, corrosive and hazardous environments or force majeure factors.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Two Wheels Empire. Two Wheels Empire offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
